The Printer Hub is a small free app for the computer your label printer is plugged into. Install it once, pair it with your workspace, and labels and pick lists come out on their own — no print dialog, no clicking on every order. Silent printing is a Pro feature; on Free you can always print from the browser instead.
For Orderball sellers. The hub for this website: pair it once under Settings → Printers in your Orderball workspace.

Free. Updates itself inside the app, on its own channel — the two hubs never overwrite each other.
Install the hub on the computer the printer is plugged into and open it — it lives in the tray by your clock. These builds aren't store-signed yet, so Windows or macOS may ask you to confirm the first launch.
The hub shows a 6-digit pairing code. In Orderball, open Settings → Printers and type it in. That links this computer to your workspace — once per website.
Choose a default label printer and a default paper printer, print a test label, and you're done. Queued jobs print even if you send them while the hub computer is off — they come out when it's back.
On a phone? There's no hub to install — the mobile web app covers scanning and quick jobs, and printing stays on the workstation. Step-by-step with pictures: the Help Center's printer guide.
