How we count: a store is one connected store account (one Shopify store, one Amazon marketplace — connect the same store twice and it still counts once). Orders = orders pulled in per calendar month; cancelled orders don't count. The counter resets on the 1st.

No export, no re-import, no starting over.

On Pro, nothing is ever auto-stopped: cross 2,000 orders in a month and we get in touch to work out the right fit together — stepping up to Docklify, or a higher tier when one lands. On Free it works the same way: go past 100 orders in a month and nothing pauses — new orders keep coming in, and orders already in keep shipping. You'll see a heads-up banner in the app, and you can upgrade whenever it suits you.
Everything in the Pro list at the top of this page: 2,000 orders a month, unlimited stores and channels, all three shipping modes, your own carrier accounts with rate shopping, purchases, returns, the Money ledger, FBA support, silent batch label printing, and the AI chat assistant throughout. If a feature isn't in that list, we won't surprise-charge you for it later.
