FAQ

Straight answers.

The questions sellers actually ask us. Still stuck? The AI assistant at the bottom-right of this page answers from these pages — and a human is at support@orderball.com.

Which platforms can I connect?

49+ across the Docklify platform: stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce), marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, Target+ and more), social commerce (TikTok Shop, Temu, Shein), carriers and label services, EDI and ERPs. Your first connections in Orderball are Shopify and Amazon; the rest open up with your plan — and the big B2B systems join when you upgrade to Docklify. The full list lives on the Platforms page.

What counts as one "platform connection"?

One connected store account: one Shopify store is one, one Amazon marketplace is one. Connect the same store twice and it still counts once. Free connects 2 stores; Pro doesn't cap them.

What happens if I go over my monthly orders?

On Pro, nothing is ever auto-stopped: cross 2,000 orders in a month and we get in touch to work out the right fit together — stepping up to Docklify, or a higher tier when one lands. On Free it works the same way: go past 100 orders in a month and nothing pauses — new orders keep coming in, and orders already in keep shipping. You'll see a heads-up banner in the app, and you can upgrade whenever it suits you.

What's included in Pro?

The full list lives on the Pricing page. The short version: 2,000 orders a month, unlimited stores and channels, all three shipping modes (small parcel, freight and will-call pickup), your own carrier accounts with rate shopping, purchases, returns, the Money ledger, FBA support (inventory sync and FBA orders in your books — rolling out, with replenishment alerts coming soon), the AI chat assistant at every step, and silent batch label printing through Device Hub.

I'm a tiny warehouse too. Does inventory really work?

Yes — one product lives in one spot, pick lists print on paper (one per order, or merged), and a full stock count locks inventory while you count. Lots and serial numbers are there when a product needs them. On your phone you can scan to check stock, receive quickly, ship by hand and adjust.

What does the AI actually do?

Real work at every step: it walks you through connecting a platform and reads connection errors for you; pre-checks imports before data lands; watches for low stock, odd orders and due dates; and answers questions in plain words. It's in both plans, Free included. The AI page gives the full tour.

Will the AI ever change my data on its own?

No silent changes. Imports land only after the AI shows you its problem list and you confirm. When a connection breaks and the fault is on our side, the fix ships as a normal product update — then the AI re-tests your connection and tells you the result. Suggestions are suggestions; your data moves when you say so.

What happens when I outgrow Orderball?

Nothing painful. Orderball runs on the Docklify platform, so the same account simply unlocks the full Docklify suite — your data, products and history come along with zero migration. Start little, grow into the big system when you're ready.

How long until my first order ships?

Most sellers ship their first order within about 15 minutes of signing up: connect a store with the AI guide, let it check your products, print a pick list, print a label. The guided setup can be skipped or paused anytime — it never blocks you.

Can I cancel anytime?

Anytime, in two clicks, and your data stays exportable. Downgrading to Free is always an option too.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan needs no card and stays free. You only add payment details if you choose Pro.
